lost in translation

This phrase I borrow from the movie "Lost In Translation"
It is a terribly perfect term to describe what I have always been encountered with.
Grown up in Taiwan, up to the age of 14, a age of knowing nothing but rebellion.
Came to Canada, the west coast after that, and now I am 24. I could not believe that I stay in this strange country for 10 years now.
and now, what does it have to do with "lost in translation"?
I, myself is the product of cultural conflict. There is always a chance to decided for the social value I want to follow. What is right and wrong bothers me everyday, or should I say every hour.
It must have happened to a lot of people, at least I know a lot of people like me in Vancouver. But all my friends in Taiwan do not have this problem, which I envy them of.
